Q: When do I have to pay?

A: We require either the full amount upfront or a £50 deposit once the design and order has been confirmed. The remainder is due before or on receipt of the item.

 

Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept cash, cheques or BACs transfers. For cheques, we will require the balance to be cleared before delivering the item.

 

Q: How long does it take when I place my order? 

A: We allow 3-4 weeks from when the order is placed, to delivering the item.

 

Q: How do you deliver your pieces?

A: Where possible, we prefer to personally hand deliver your piece to ensure you are happy with your piece and happy with the fit and size. In instances where we can't do this, we will send by Recorded Delivery.

 

Q: Do you have a shop?

A: We do not currently have a shop, however we are happy to organise one to one appointments in the comfort of your own home, where we can bring the collection for you to see and try.

We also exhibit at a range of Wedding Fairs throughout the year. Keep up to date on Facebook and Twitter for upcoming shows.

 

Q: I like something on the website but I'd prefer it in a different colour? 

A: All our items are made to order, so whether you like something exactly as it is in the collection, or would like to change the colours of the wire or beads, this can be done by notifying us when you place the order. Please note, as all our pieces are handmade, slight variations from piece to piece are to be expected.

 

Q: I have an idea of what I would like, can you design something from the inspiration? 

A: Our speciality is for bespoke pieces. If you have some images, drawings or other inspiration please feel free to share them with us and we can work together to design your perfect headpiece for your special day. We can arrange an appointment to look at bead types and colours and from there we can do computer illustrated drawings and sample swatches to illustrate what your piece will look like, before going ahead and placing your order.

 

Q: How do the headpieces fasten? 

A: Our fastenings vary depending on the design. We use hair grips, mini hair combs, large hair combs and the headpieces themselves to attach and secure pieces into the hair. 

 

Q: Can I see an example before I purchase? 

A: We have a sample collection, where you can see and try pieces we have already made. By arranging an appointment, we can also show you different bead options and make up a small swatch for you to see how they work together, if it is a combination we don't already have made-up in the collection.

For bespoke orders, we also created a computer illustrated design to give you an idea of how your piece will look.

 

Q: Can I exchange or refund?

A: If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss further. Refunds and exchanges are given at our discretion, provided that the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and prior to your wedding date.

Bespoke orders are non-refundable. Once orders have been placed on bespoke items, deposits are non-refundable.
